Forum w3c validation breaks in forumhome_forumbit_level2_post
 

I noticed that the w3c validation breaks in the forumhome_forumbit_level2_post template.

It is this line

the read one is breaking the w3c validation. The error is:

end tag for "ul" which is not finished

This happens when a forum is closed for new entries.
The RSS Feed icon disappears as well as subscribe to this forum.

This makes no sence in some cases like mine because my news forum is filled by rss feeds but closed to people writing in it.
However there are new threads coming in daily and subscribing as well as offering an rss feed is wanted.

I will report this as bug
