Massive Forum Hack, restore, config file gone.
 

Hi my forum along with wordpress and a webring were hacked. Countless (+100?) files were corrupted with this code:

I restored my entire public html and now cannot access forum in any way and cannot locate the Config.php file. Go to below to see the error:

I even followed some advanced security procedures that I got from this website long ago when I first installed the forum . . . I thought it was impenetrable . . . :(

Any help?
