Forum Forum Rules Link - How to Move and Edit
 

Hi,

I want to move the Forum Rules link from the bottom of the page to the Sub Navigation bar. Can someone please tell me how to do this?

And is there a way to edit the current link so that it shows the rules people have agreed to in registration?
