XML RSS Feed Problem
 

I'm using VB 3.8.4's RSS Feed Manager. I try to plug in the following feed:

http://www.dnr.state.md.us/dnrrss.xml

When I attempt to preview the feed, I get the following:

"XML Error: Not well-formed (invalid token) at Line 2"

I have contacted the feed source (and my web host) and it seems to be an issue with vBulletin. What can be done to fix this?
