If I purchase either of the two current licenses will I ever have to pay more money after the original purchase of the license? What I'm asking is that is it a one time payment or are their annual renewal fees?

I want to purchase a License that I can use forever but I don't want to continually pay to keep it up. I don't want any renewal fees. I don't mind paying for Version Updates but I don't want to keep paying $200 annually for something I already bought. Is this possible?
