Forum gif size limit?
 

Trying to upload a gif into a post gives me an error message that the gif exceeds forum limit of 19.5 kb. This might also explain why I can't call a smilie of that size.

Any idea where this setting resides?

And while I am asking, where is the avatar max size setting?
