ERROR BUYING! After clicking confirm payment ERROR came up. Please help ASAP!!

I just paid for ur software, well tried don't know if you've recieved it or not.
I went through the whole process, entered my card detail & clicked confirm (after checking that I accept the termms. Then step 4 I got an error message which went something linke this:


Error, this site uses a syntax that is hard to read, or syntax that can't be read

Now I don't know if you've recieved the money but I sure did'nt recieve a confirmation!

PS. This has never happened with me from u, my old license went through fine. This New 1 I'm having a problem with
