Forum Customizing Help: is it worth it
 

I just bought a vbulletin forum and I want to make it look very simple and clean like the one found here: http://forums.popphoto.com/

Right now my forum looks like a mess with all sorts of front page 'junk' and is super hard to navigate. So much so that I can't figure out how to make the forum look like the simple example above. Vbulletin wants me to pay for a technical support package but I want to make sure they can help me recreate something that looks like the above example and not just help me trouble shoot questions I have.

Has anyone here used the technical support and will they help me create a look like I want? If not, is there anyone here that would be interested in helping me out? Just let me what your rates would be and how long it would take; I really need to get my board up before the end of the week. Thanks
