Hi,
1- my phpbb3 database is utf8_bin
2- Install vb 4.0.3 in same phpbb3 database ,all vb tables Became utf8_bin .
3- Used ImpEx to import data , The operation was successful,
4- the All Posts in Arabic Language in Forum Appear ?????????

I need to help solve this problem? Please.
