CMS Home page error -- no access/ and home page strips
 

I installed VB 4 yesterday.

I am having a few troubles.

First, I can see the home page when I am logged in as admin, but when I log in on a test account, it tells me I do not have permission to view it. Where do I fix that? People are coming to the forum and think they cannot see the threads.

I have also looked through all the style variables and cannot locate the one for the blue strips on the main forum page....what are they called?
