Suite vBulletin 4 Installation - Error
 

What I've done:
I created a new database.
I backed up the old database and restored it into the new database.
I uploaded the files for V4 into a new folder name.
I was able to log-in under admin, but rather than going to admin settings, it takes me to what looks like the old forum with the below warning at the top:


Warning: fetch_template() calls should be replaced by the vB_Template class. Template name: post_thanks_navbar_search in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 3957

and the following message in the forum area:

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/content/h/u/m/hummdingertub/html/forum2/includes/class_core.php
Line: 4495

Help! I'm stuck!
