Problem with Usercp ~ Fatal Error - No one can log in...
 

I actually submitted this with a support ticket, but I think they are overwelmed with problems, so I thought I'm post it here since it's been over 24 hours.

Myself, and all my members get the below error when pressing the usercp button:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/navydep/public_html/forums/includes/functions_pt_usercp.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php52/pear') in /home/navydep/public_html/forums/usercp.php(949) : eval()'d code on line 1

Where and what does this fault mean? What area do I need to edit?
