trace user by IP address and 0 posts?
 

I have some user registering time and time again but not posting anything, only abusing my 3rd party shoutbox (which is not 100% user integrated into VB).

How can I trace the actual member name using the logged shoutbox IP address when the member has made 0 posts in the forums?
