Does vBulletin 4 has some issues with PHP 5.3.x?

I was trying to lookup a user's details from the admincp. When I pressed Exact Match, I got this error.

My server guy told me that everything was fine from his side and wanted me to confirm it from vBulletin. I'm new to all this so I thought this was the best place to ask.
