Forum Why are my members seeing this code when quoting posts? How do I fix it?

Today I ran an Execute SQL Query to set all member's default editor as the Enhanced Editor. Well now my members are reporting that when they attempt to quote a post, they see code and many buttons and smilies aren't functioning.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? Attached is a pic of what I'm talking about.
