Hide/ Restrict Usergroups from being selected in AdminCP and Edit User
 

I'm looking to restrict a usergroup in the AdminCP or MODCP so that a moderator cannot simply move a member into this "restricted" usergroup.

I simple way to "hide" a usergroup or "restrict" someone from being assigned to it. Is this possible?
