Forum Running Query Scripts
 

I was contacted by tech support with an error to try and fix a problem I have in upgrading from 4.02 to 4.03 that crashes at Step 4 of the upgrade process.
Here is my message back below.....

So I logged into AdminCP, selected Maintenance, then Execute SQL Query.
Infront of me are two boxes:

Automatic or Manual Query.

So I copy and pasted in the instructions as above like this into the 'Manual' Query box....

DELETE * FROM template WHERE styleid = -10;

Clicked on continue, and confirmed Query execution.

But I get this error message after doing so.......

Could a helpful person please tell me what I am dong wrong?
I am sorry I am so slow and not educated in computers, I simply have a forum on medical research
and purchased a forum thinking it would be easy to manage. :o
