Forum Fresh install of vbulletin 4.0.3 getting php-cgi
 

As the title, was having some issues with my server yesterday. During investigating the issues with the server I found I was getting some php-cgi process's. I then performed a fresh install of vbulletin, removed everything from my server, only thing that remained was the SQL database. I then done the TOP command again via ssh, and found the defunct process's again. They only appear when the forums are actually being used. If the forum is idle, they do not appear. Any ideas on how to get rid of them?
