Forum Attachments Not Working - (not uploading) 4.0.3
 

Hi there,

Here's the quick version of my problem: When you click 'manage attachments' and then 'add files' followed by 'select file', the 'upload' button and 'clear list' button don't appear after you pick the file. (It just says 'select file' still)

Here's the back story. We just moved from one server to another, meanwhile upgrading from an old version of 3.XX to the newest version(4.0.3). EVERYTHING seems to be working fine, but attachments are NOT working.

Also, we have another vBulletin board (version 4.0.1) running on the same server, and attachments are working just fine.

Attachments are NOT going into the mySQL database, they're in their own folder now.

It's a window server, so the CHMOD doesn't exist.

And I've tried:

1. Running in Safe Mode - Doesn't work
2. Uploading a variety of different file types/sizes
3. Screaming... It doesn't work, and gives me a headache.
