Forum Stylesheet keeps changing
 

I'm trying to edit my style using css3 rgba attributes. I've changed every single CSS template to remove all the stylevars, but I'm still having problems.
The problem is with main-rollup.css I've changed the file on the server to have the correct information, but the file keeps changing back, removing my changes.

Any help would be appreciated.
