Upgrading from forum leased license to CMS owned license?
 

I have an expired leased license. On the purchase page, it shows me a discounted rate to upgrade my leased license to 4.0 CMS for $250, versus the full price of $285. It's not very clear about whether or not it will be upgrading me to the CMS with a leased license or an owned license. Can someone please tell me if I will have an owned license if I upgrade with an old leased license? That is what I want now... an owned license.
