Forum vBulletin 4x copyright text image clarification (non branding free)
 

I've been reading several post regarding the (non branding free) footer copyright notice, some are very old so I would like to clarify what is acceptable.

I currently have text:
"Powered by vBulletin™ Copyright © 2010 vBulletin Solutions, Inc. All rights reserved."
Content Relevant URLs by vBSEO 3.5.2

Is this ok and am I permitted to change this to an image rather than text?
