Forum CMS Page Will Not Show Up - Need Assistance
 

My original vb3 site has all of the forums in a password required state. So a user needs to login to view forum content. After upgrading to this new vb4, you cannot access the home cms page without logging in as a user. What I was hoping for is open content on the cms page while leaving the forums secure access. That does not appear to be working.

I have checked permissions in vBulletin CMS and Unregistered/Not logged In has a check by it for Can Read. I have also reviewed the User's Groups permissions and do not see anything in their that appears to affect viewing. So I am not sure what I am missing.

So my question is... Where to you set the Home CMS page as the default and fully viewable while allowing the forums that I have now keeping their secure access requirements?
