Forum upgrading came to a holt - Could not create file system directory
 

im stuck in the middle of upgrading. "Could not create file system directory to hold your attachment."

i have un-installed all hacks, im doing fresh new upgrade.
please see attachment.
can i ask what im meant to do please????
