Forum Installation problems
 

I have complete the installation steps as per the manual and believe I have done everything correctly. When I get to the stage Running the vBulletin Install Script, my browser gives me back this error:

Configuration: includes/config.php does not exist. Please fill out the data in config.php.new and rename it to config.php

What has gone wrong/what have I done wrong?
