activation code not sent
 

Hi,
we're using vBulletin ver. 3.8.3.
New members to our forum require activation code sent to their emails to complete the registration, recently the activation code stopped sending codes to new members. We re-sent the activation codes via admin cpanel but they did not receive it.
I am grateful for any advice.
