Show/display quick reply to everyone including guests/unregistered / Not Logged In
 

Hello All,

I would like to display the quick reply feature to everyone including guests/unregistered/not Logged In users. However, I only want the quick reply to 'work' for registered users.

So to recap guests will be able to see the quick reply box, but they will not be able to use it or post until they have registered...
