Forum user uploaded avatars
 

hey everybody, i have a problem which i dont know how to fix, registered user of my site cant upload avatars, not that it doesnt work, i dont think theres anything wrong atleast, but the option is simply not available to them in the profile settings. admis on the other hand can freely upload a chosen avatar, from the avatar tab in profile settings, which appear with no problems. how do i allow my users to upload? i tried looking into permissions in vB ACP, but i cant figure out what to do there. help anyone know what to do? :(


also. how do i get rid of the subscribtions buttons in the main forum?
