Forum Please help with VBulletin content
 

Hello I am very new to VBulletin but I am not new to working with CMS or blog/forum software. Unfortunately, I am finding VBulletin to be very difficult to work with and the manual is of little help.

I would like to know how I can make the forums appear on the first page. Right now there is a non-descript home page that just says " There is no content in this section." The main thing I need to know is how do I add content like a welcome notice, put the forums on the front page and so on.
