Adding a direct link to "My Profile"
 

What link would I need to add to the navbar (or elsewhere for that matter) to link directly to a member's profile?

There's a link to the USER CP, and there's a link on the USER CP to the profile, but I tried simply copying that and it didn't work.

I'd like people to be able to straight to their profile from an obvious link in the navbar.
