I have read through the threads and have not found a solution.
 

I have a new vB install and only two mods, a chat and side bar mod. The trouble began with the first poll submitted after the install of the sidebar. When the poll was posted, myself and one other member were able to vote in the poll, however, after that when others try to vote I get the error quoted below. Click Here to see the poll. Also, none of the three polls posted on the site thus far show up in the sidebar poll block. Any ideas?
