Forum Problem with forum working correctly
 

I have upgraded from 3.8.5 to 4.0.3. I have several things that do not work. In my post editor none of the buttons work. I am missing the advertising option in the admincp. Other options do not show up. I have uninstalled all my mods. Still nothing works Where do I go from here?
