Help with Xampp -
 

I am trying to setup a localhost testing bed and for whatever reason I cannot get log into myPhpAdmin. I have tired using the default settings of user = 'root' and password ='' but still no luck. I tried editing the config.inc.php file to set a new user and password but that does not work either. I am sure that someone out there has had similar issues with this so I am hoping that there is an obvious answer.
