Command line download tools for windows
 

I need a free command-line download utility for windows which supports the following features:

• Multi-thread download
• HTTP user authentication

I've tried aria2 but it has too many bugs when using multi-thread with http auth and I've tried flashgot but the command line options are insufficient for triggering programmatically.

Any other suggestions :)? Please only recommend if you are sure the program does what I need because I have googled long and hard on this already. I've already seen this list:
