Forum Registered users changed to COPPA) Users Awaiting Moderation
 

Since installing 4.0.3 many of my registered members have had their Primary Usergroup changed to COPPA) Users Awaiting Moderation. When I search for users in the COPPA Group it doesn't find anyone.

I suspect it could be something to do with those members not having entered a DOB. Can anyone confirm this and how would I identify these members withoug going throiugh every record?
