Error during instillation:
 

Hello!

I am having a quick error come up during my instillation. It is the common error: The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.

But, I know what hat means and I ensure that all my information is correct. However, I am getting another error above it which states:

Error description: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Unknown MySQL server host 'herrs' (1) /home/content/h/e/r/herrs/html/includes/class_core.php on line 311

Sadly, I don't know what that error means. All help is appreciated. Also, I ensure you all my DB information is correct, I am just having trouble rectifying that second error.
