Forum Test Setup and Licensing
 

I am almost ready to upgrade my forum. I also am planning to switch to a different host service. Do I need another license if I want to create a test forum on the new host, verify the operation, transfer the old data, and then deactivate the old forum? I anticipate the overlap to be approx 1 week.
