Restoring my Board
 

Hi,

Due to some weird stuff, I was forced to abruptly have to wipe out my server clean and restore everything...

I made backups 7 days ago.

I've uploaded my "forum" folder and the techies told me to upload my database file via FTP. Which I did..

Now, creating a new database, I used the name that was in my config.php file and then for database user, I used whatever (I couldn't remember what I had before).

Basically when I run my forum folder nothing is happening.

I read some how to's, but the database parts never make any sense to me.
