Forum Update user not working
 

I recevied an email from a user that says he's not 13 years old and wants me to update his account.

First i logged in as administrator and searched by username and found him. Trying to click on the "View / Edit" user button, doesn't work and says there is a javascript error.

I tried this on my username and no problem clicked the button and worked.

Second, i tried searching for his 'exact' name and then it goes to a blank user form with none of the fields filled in.

I went directly into the mysql and found his record. Nothing seems out of place.

What can i do so that his account is changed properly.
