Forum No CSS?
 

We just upgraded to 4.0.3 from 3.8.something... the forum works perfectly on my Mac (in FF) but when I tried it on a Windows machine in both FF and IE, the forum has no style sheet and I cannot log in. I am assuming it is a browser setting I am missing or something similar which is causing this. Can someone please help?
