CMS Recreating vB4 CMS demo examples or kickstarting CMS from nothing
 

Let's just say I installed vb4.03 with CMS. Played around with the CMS section. Thought I got a good handle on the contents and deleted all the sample entires, menus, etc so I could start with a clean slate.

D'OH! :mad:

Now I can't create anythng new. Nothing. Put's me between a rock and a hard place.

Is there an easy way to restore the old info or some method to kickstart me into a fresh CMS section?
