CMS No permission to view or edit for one article in section
 

I have a section with multiple articles.

In content manager it says published.

It is not visible when logged in as a guest while the other articles are.

When logged in as admin or registered, I can view the preview but when I go to edit, permission denied.

SOLVED: Cleared CMS cache.
