Xeon X3440 (2.53 GHz) or 2xXeon E5506 (2.13 GHz)?
 

Hello everybody!

Need a quick suggestion about a new server configuration.
I have a choice of 2 servers with the same configuration but processors:
- Intel® Xeon Processor X3440 2.53GHz (http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id...ec-codes=SLBLF)
- 2 x Intel® Xeon® Processor E5506 2.13 GHz (http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id...ec-codes=SLBF8)

- X3440 has a greater speed (+400MHz), Intel® Turbo Boost Technology (Max Turbo Frequency - 2.93 GHz), Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology (8 threads).
- E5506 has nothing listed above but 2 separate processors with 4 threads each (the same 8 threads at all, istn't it)

What would be better for my server?
3 small forums with 100 users online on each forum.
2 GB RAM, 250 GB SATA HDD (7200 RPM)
MySQL 5.1.45, PHP 5.3.2, Apache 2.2.15, xCache 1.3.0

2xE5506 costs 45$ per month more than X3440
Please give me quick suggestion what do you think? What is better and why?
