Can I convert utf8 to latin1 in mysql database?
 

I have a Chinese version vbulletin 3.84, the most parts of mysql database are utf-8 encoding, can i convert these parts to iso-8859-1? then I can buy the 4.03 English version, and upgrade the 3.84 to the new 4.03.

If someone knows anything about this or some tools can do this automaticlly, please tell me, thank you every much.
