My users can't see their Infractions
 

Hello again !

I've noticed after updating to vBulletin 3.8.5 that my users are not able to see the Infractions tab in User's Profile page. I've checked the Usergroup permisions, and registered users have the "Can See Others' Infraction Level" ticked to "Yes". Administrators and Moderators can see the Infractions though... so something is wrong with Registered Users settings.

Can you help me fix this ? Thanks in advance !

P.S. Also, the User Profile page only shows 5 infractions at a time, with next page for each 5. Where do i need to modify so that it shows me 10 or 20 per page ?
