CMS CMS crashes when some mods are turned on....help please.
 

Our mods were working fine with 4.0.2
We upgraded to 4.0.3 and now we are getting error messages and our CMS crashes when certain mods are on.
For Example: When we turn on our ad banner rotator mod our CMS goes down and we get this message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function rbs_url_sanity() in /home/content/92/5987292/html/mx/forum/includes/functions.php(6811) : eval()'d code on line 62


The coder says the mod is 4.0.3 compatible
