How do I EXPORT my 42,000 members to an outside spreadsheet or program?

I wish to use an outside email service for some projects instead of using the Email to Members feature in VBulletin. In order to set this up with an outside vendor, I need to know how I can export the following:

• User Name
• User Email Address
• User Group
• Custom Profile Fields
