Cant not send out mass email to users.
 

We just did a website hosting transfer from Siteground to Go Daddy and I have found some little bugs afterwards. The one I cant fix is that I can not send out a massive emails to all of my users.

I know it has to be a small fix in the 3.8.5 system. Can you please advise me? Thank you.
