Styles JS Cleanup
 

With Google now caring about page speed, looking a VB output makes me want to cry.

Any chance we're going to see all the JS cleaned up into a single include?

There looks to be 9 seperate JS includes and a bunch of in-page JS as well.

Alongside this, the CSS cleanup I beleive is still incomplete and should be easy to get to 100%.

The CSS aggerator already exists, its just not fully being used, and theres still in-page CSS. All CSS should be in a single external file.

Please fix this!
