Blog Reinstall Blog after non use
 

Recently upgrade from vb3.8 to vb4.0.2 however the blog was disabled at the time.

I now want to re-use it (don't want the old content) however in the admincp it says:

If I was to uninstall it, what is the best way to reinstall it ?
